I received the package in a timely manner and in good condition. The unit is very soft and the cap size is small which is my size. The lace is so thin it looks like scalp. The color I chose is "Secret Highlight Honey" not much of highlights. I rated it 4 stars because of the shredding but all in all I like it. I truly recommend.
