Closures & Frontals

A closure is a small piece of lace or silk with hair attached, used to cover the top of a weave or wig and create a more natural-looking hairline. It is typically placed in the center of the head, where the natural part would be, and can be sewn or glued down to the wig or weave. Closures come in different sizes and can be either pre-parted or not, allowing for different styling options. A frontal, on the other hand, is a larger piece of lace or silk that covers the entire front hairline from ear to ear, and can extend several inches back from the hairline. Frontals allow for more versatile styling options, such as parting the hair in different directions, and can also be used to create a more natural-looking hairline. Like closures, frontals can be sewn or glued down to the wig or weave.
