Be sure that all of the parcel tracking numbers are not still in transit, check with the shipper to confirm these packages have been delivered. We would suggest checking your order information to assure the correct address was entered. With that being said , if your packages say “delivered”, email us at sales@mybeautyexchange.com and we will be able to do an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately , we are not responisble for any results if the tracking says DELIVERED. But, we will do everything we can to assist you in recovery of your package.
If you have missing items in your shipment please contact us at sales@mybeautyexchange.com. Most likely , a mistake was made by our warehouse team during the shipping process. Either a refund will be given or was already processed after the fact if there was an inventory issue.

Yes, If you live in the United States the appoririate sales tax will be added to your order.
We apologize that you are experiencing an issue with any duplicate charges to your credit card. With that being said, your card wasn’t charged more than once from us. Your previous attempts at an order were DECLINED because of an AVS mismatch. So, those payments are still considered authorized transactions that were taken out of your bank; however, they will be returning to your bank account within a few business days.
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Please create an account by clicking the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign-up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
